BRING US YOUR QUILTS!
THE ARTS CENTER AT DUCK CREEK AND ARTIST LOUISE EASTMAN INVITE YOU TO CELEBRATE EARTH DAY AND THIS RITE OF SPRING WITH US!
Throughout the colder months, Quilts are there to warm our beds, and shield us from the chill of drafty doors and windows. After a long winter of snuggling up under layers of handmade covers, the Spring gives us all a chance to get outside and air our quilts! Your quilt can be something you have made, found or inherited! Large or small, old or new, if it hangs from a clothesline, we'll hang it!
SCHEDULE
9 am - 11am: Participants are invited to hang the quilts at Duck Creek Farm
11 am Visitors Welcome!
12 pm Earth Day Rap by JC Rico
12:30 pm Tour of the Quilts with Owners and Artists
5 pm: Remove your Quilt (or pick it up on Sunday between 11 am - 1 pm)
Please label your quilts with the owners name, telephone number and/or email address.
If you would like to share a highly valued quilt, we ask that you remain with the quilt all day!
REFRESHMENTS WILL BE SERVED!

Despue de un largo invierno de acurrucarnos bajo capas de cobertores hechos a mano, la primavera nos brinda a todos la oportunidad de salir, ventilar nuestras colchas y estar con la comunidad nuevamente

Puede ser una colcha que hayas hecho, Una reliquia familiar
¡Cualquier tamaño, lo colgamos
9 am - 11 am: Se invita a los participantes a colgar los edredones en Duck Creek Farm
11 am ¡Visitantes bienvenidos!
12 pm Día de la Tierra Rap por JC Rico
12:30 pm Tour de los edredones con los artistas y dueños
17:00: Retira su edredon (o lo recoge el domingo entre 11:00 y 1:00)
Por favor, etiquete los edredones con el nombre del artista, el número de teléfono y/o la dirección de correo electrónico.
Si tu edredón es muy valorado, ¡te pedimos que te quedes con él todo el día!
