To propose an exhibition, program, or event at the Arts Center at Duck Creek, please review the information below and email your complete proposal to info@duckcreekarts.org.
Proposals sent to other ACDC emails may not be received.
Proposals accepted ONLY Sept. 1 – Oct. 15 (by 12 PM).
Notifications will be sent by January 10, 2026.
All materials must be combined into one PDF under 10MB. Links to additional materials are welcome.

All artworks should be available for exhibition. If your proposal is accepted, we are open to including new work.
Clear installation plans and logistics to ensure the program is not in violation of ACDC’s License Agreement with the Town of East Hampton, including but not limited to... fire code infringement, public safety concerns, installation impact (impacting the historic integrity of the building, weight bearing concerns, painting or damaging walls, damaging floors, use of toxic chemicals), basically anything that might harm the building or put the public in danger.

Max Occupancy (John Little Studio): 40 people
No Admission Fees – All events must be free (suggested donations allowed)
No Retail Activity – Artist/representative contact info may be provided
No Private Events – Grounds must remain open to the public (dawn to dusk)
The Barns are alarmed for theft/fire but do not have fire suppression.
Buildings are not climate-controlled; doors remain open during public hours.
The Barns are historic landmarks and cannot be structurally modified.
